How to Place an Order

Ordering a personalized gift from the Skaidnīca online store is easy and convenient. We’ve prepared a 10-step guide to help you get the product you desire.

1. In the Online Store section, select the appropriate product category and choose the item you wish to purchase.
2. Choose the product finish color, personalization type, and any additional options if available.
3. Click the "Add to Cart" button.
4. In the shopping cart, specify the quantity of the products you want to order and click "Checkout."
5. In the Order Form section, enter your contact information, delivery address, and select the delivery method.
6. Use the additional information fields to provide details for personalization and your preferred text style.
7. Once all the information is entered, click "Next."
8. Order Confirmation – review all the provided information carefully. If everything is correct, click "Buy."
9. After placing the order, click "View Invoice" or check your email for the invoice.
10. Make the payment. Once payment is received, we will produce your chosen product within 7 business days and send it using your selected delivery method.
